We like to think our story is a unique one. As a home photographer throughout Nashville for the last several years, my wife and I are always on the lookout for design that is done well. Oftentimes there is form that does not follow function. When I had the opportunity to begin working for the Grandview team, I immediately called my wife and told her we had to come back and check out the kind of design that they were creating in Spring Hill. We not only fell in love with the farmhouse modern style, but with their methodologies, work ethic, and transparency throughout the building process. We can’t say enough about the quality of the home Grandview Building Group created for us. This
amazing team paid attention to literally EVERY detail of the build, from the first step of clearing the lot
to their “blue sticker” exactness for excellence. Nothing escapes their commitment to quality.
After the excruciating failure of a recent new construction build, we chose to roll the dice and build
again because of Steve Bone and Andy Martin. Their experience in new home building speaks for itself,
and we wanted a positive experience that resulted in our “forever after” home. After meeting with
them, we knew they were the team to count on. We got the proverbial baker’s dozen – everything we
wanted and more!

The build went quickly, without any corners cut or quality sacrificed. “No” is not in their vocabulary, at
whatever step of the build you make the request – “of course you can” is their standard response. They
made our wishes happen, even going so far as to offer suggestions that made the outcome even better.
We were encouraged to inspect the build as often as we liked, even going so far as to insure the
property was available to us evenings and weekends.

We are incredibly pleased with the professionalism we encountered. Both Steve and Andy treated us
with kindness, warmth and genuine regard for our vision, bending over backwards to make every
request we made possible. Their respect in the industry is evident in the vendors and contractors who
fulfilled each step of the build, and we, as home buyers, were always treated respectfully when we were
in contact with those contractors. Who has the principle of the electrical company meet you at the site
to mark where you want your switches and outlets? Grandview does!!

This team went the extra mile, not just before the build was complete, but months after we’ve lived
here, making sure every aspect of the home meets their high standards.

The entire team has been a pleasure to work with and the memory of our Grandview experience is one
we’ll cherish “forever after”, whether sharing holidays in our home with loved ones or enjoying quiet

Grandview is as professional as they come. Throughout the entire building process, they were prompt, quick and answered all of our questions. The house is built to last for years to come and the specific details make it feel as if we are living in a mansion. The attention to detail is second to none and they will ensure that you are satisfied with your home. They continue to take care of you even after closing...they even installed a dog door for our puppy a month after closing, which looked like it had been there for years! I would highly recommend Grandview to anyone that would love to build a new home. Other builders do not give as much care as Steve and his team.
