Laura Bone

Laura Bone, a California native made Tennessee her home after visiting family in 1993.  Laura brought her extensive background of Sales & Marketing along with Title experience to the Tennessee Real Estate market in 1995.  Since becoming a Realtor in TN, Laura is a member in good standing with the TN Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Williamson County Board of Realtors.  Laura has a strong relationship and good reputation with hundreds of Realtors in the Middle TN area. Laura has an extensive background in New Construction Sales and has enjoyed working with hundreds of families over the years to build their homes both as a Builders Sales Agent and Buyer/Seller’s agent. Having extensive experience in all sides of the transaction has given her a unique perspective when working with builders and homebuyers.  

Laura has received many sales awards and recognition over the years and builds lasting relationships with her clients often selling them multiple homes over several years.   Laura builds trust with clients by listening, responding quickly, sharing her expertise and helping set realistic expectations throughout the building process. She makes it a top priority to make the building experience enjoyable, exciting and as stress free as possible. Laura prides herself in providing excellent customer service throughout the building process as well as continuing excellent customer service after the closing as well. Homebuyers know that she is going to be there beyond the sale for general questions, warranty issues or anything she can help them with for months and even years to come.   

Laura is an expert in marketing as she not only utilizes all the current and relative marketing strategies in use today, but she strives to think “outside the box” and customize her marketing to adapt to each unique community, home and clients in ways that are very effective but not always common.  Laura has sold homes in many cities throughout TN such as Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Fairview, Hendersonville, Hermitage, Mt. Juliet, Murfreesboro, Columbia, Leipers Fork,  & more. She has a true knowledge of many cities in TN and the unique market of each.  Laura has successfully guided her clients through the construction process with some of the best builders in these areas such as Stonegate Homes, Ford Custom Classic Homes,  Jones, Foxridge, Southern Land Company and Smith Douglas Homes.
